Ensalada griega de lechuga romana, ¡este es el árbol de Navidad! ¿Alguien piensa que la lechuga romana es una verdura con la que el pescado combina especialmente bien?
Otras verduras verdes no parecen combinar tan bien como con el pescado y creo que se debe a la textura crujiente de la lechuga romana.

That's most interesting use of romaine lettuce I've ever seen. I'm not sure about pairing it with fish though.
