¿Hay límite de tiempo?

Hasta ahora he usado mis puntos para comprar $15 en Amazon y al principio se me acreditan en mi cuenta, pero al día siguiente, cuando voy a comprar cosas, mi saldo es de $0. ¿Entonces, los puntos o el dinero desaparecen si no se gastan lo antes posible?

    Did you add the balance to your Amazon account? I alway put the balance to my Amazon account when I redeemed just to be safe.

      There has been three times that I have added $5 to my Amazon account, it shows up that the money has loaded on my Amazon account. I don't spend the money right away but after a day or two I go to buy something and my account balance has been emptied

      If that is the case then that is Amazon problem. If you added the balance to our Amazon account already. You should get with Amazon to se what is going on.

      There has been three times I've loaded $5 onto my Amazon account right after I load the points onto my Amazon account I check the balance to make sure money has been loaded to my account. I don't buy things right away but after a couple days when I find something I do want to buy when I go to pay the price, my account has been switched to zero
