I don't like cranberries (although I do like cran-pommegranate juice) but it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without cranberry sauce.

We have to have real cranberries at Thanksgiving, not that jelly stuff in a can. I like cranberries in my oatmeal. We make a good quinoa salad with quinoa, apples, cranberries, celery, green onion, and either pecans or walnuts. Then make a sauce with olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour that mixture in with rest and give it a stir. It's really good.
