I am not a fan of deer but she is pretty.
Fui a Italia este verano y encontré estos hermosos ciervos sentados a la sombra. Vi a otras personas acariciándolos, así que les dije que intentaran acercarme y me dejaron acariciarlos. Fue un momento precioso y espero que algo así vuelva a ocurrir.

I don't recommend petting nor feeding wildlife. From what I have heard and read, petting deer makes them more susceptible to predators, especially fawns. Fawns are born with very little if no scent for a few weeks and the mothers will leave them in the wild for a few hours. Petting them puts your scent on them and they are more likely to be hunted than not.
