¿Alguien más tiene dificultades para canjear tarjetas de regalo? Lo he intentado en los últimos días, pero sigo recibiendo un mensaje que dice que no pueden verificar mi cuenta. ¿Quizás el tiempo de espera entre tarjetas ha cambiado de 24 horas a más? Normalmente espero unos días.

I redeemed coins almost three weeks ago now and have sent multiple emails to customer support and still haven't heard anything yet, not even a "thank you for contacting us, we are looking into it" notice or anything. It's really starting to irritate me...

I collected almost 17000 and when tried to redeem says my account been suspended. I send emails from month now with no respond😭

L'unico modo che hai per aggirare il problema è quello di provare con un numero di telefono che non è legato a nessun account e che non hai mai usato per questa applicazione così facendo però hanno creato un problema enorme per gli utenti

Purtroppo ho avuto anch'io questo problema l'unico modo per aggirarlo è dando un nuovo numero di telefono in questo modo ti mandano il messaggio di verifica e poi ritirare il tuo premio ma se ogni volta che ritiro un premio sono costretta a inserire un nuovo numero di cellulare allora sono cazzi
