Cardio M5Hice principalmente cardio el fin de semana. Corrí 7,2 km en una cinta de correr inclinada. ¡Sin duda, sudé mucho! 😅

    4.5 miles is impressive! I could never do that I always get off the treadmill after 1 mile haha. My go to is weight lifting and strength exercises but I know I should do more cardio
