The equipment i love using is resistance bands and dumbell. Especially the bands are so easy to carry everywhere but so useful. I use these by stength for stretching, strength training for my arms and shoulders. Also it works for legs by walking around wearing the bands. Since it is multi purpose and light, i carry them everywhere even on holiday. Defo recommend it!
