Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until garlic is golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
