Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chicken broth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over chicken, and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
