Definitely can't recommend any restaurants since I am a non-local, but I am a big fan of the LV Aces, the women's professional basketball team there so I can recommend you catch a game!
¿Algún residente de Las Vegas que recomiende buenos restaurantes? Que no sean muy caros y preferiblemente con buenas bebidas. Y mejor si no están en el Strip.

Good question. I love Vegas but usually just always stay on the strip.
