True practice is internal: It's about cultivating peace within yourself, not for show.
Focus on inner peace: When your heart is calm, you find peace everywhere.
Let go of dissatisfaction: Most things won't be perfect, but you can choose peace regardless.
Control comes from within: True control comes from mastering your emotions, not manipulating others.
Acceptance brings peace: When you stop needing everything to be perfect, you find contentment.
Inner peace expands your world: A calm heart opens possibilities (one inch wide heart, one zhang wide road).
Peace is like the sea: Vast, deep, and unbothered by external storms.
Find joy in simplicity: Appreciate the small things (smile to see flowers).
Let go with grace: Accept impermanence (quiet flowers fall, with ease).
This passage encourages us to focus on our inner world and cultivate a sense of peace that is independent of external circumstances. By letting go of dissatisfaction and embracing acceptance, we can find a sense of calm that allows us to appreciate the beauty and simplicity of life.
