Tarjeta de regalo de recompensa en estado pendiente

Hola,

Mi tarjeta de regalo de Amazon aparece como pendiente en My Rewards desde hace tres o cuatro días. ¿A alguien más le ha pasado? Intenté contactar con el soporte de CASHWALK por correo electrónico, pero no he recibido respuesta en varios días.

    From what I read people are saying a week .. Just be patient and check your reward section.. They are very slow to respond..

    I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but I have now redeemed 20 Amazon gift cards and they have always been available to me immediately. I hope there isn't a bug in the program now?!?!?
