    Went through this issue last week, they returned my coins, but now they have suspended my account?? I'm beginning to think this app is crap. What's the point if you can't redeem or get a response from emails??

      I did redeem before, my fd still can redeem at 29 aug and just redeem immediately , nt pending, i just think about its that i claim too much?
