¿Por qué me están estafando?

Decidí finalmente intentar canjear mis 13,000 (¡¡¡¡) puntos para ver si era una estafa o no, pero no me deja verificar mi número de teléfono para dármelos. ¿Es una estafa o simplemente el cajero automático está fallando?

    I have never had a problem. Started using the app back in November and have worked my way up to earning four rewards a month.

    I've gotten over $100 using this app. It's not a scam, but I'm also currently not able to redeem. It gives an SMS error. It's annoying, but it'll get fixed.

    Been using this app since 2022. Got over $400 in gift cards.. definitely no scam. Not sure what is going on but so many problem right now. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

    I am having the same issue (as a lot of people who responded here). I can say that I have cashed in for over $100 worth of gift cards over the last 3 months so I know it isn't a scam, but I never had any issues at all until the past few weeks and now this is the second issue in a few weeks and it is hard to get help or a response from the support team.     Well after more than 3 weeks my reward has been processed!  Hallelujah!  I really enjoy this app and had never had an issue. My rewards were usually processed immediately until this one. I finally got an email from customer support last night but just read it this morning.  No explanation given just informed my reward had been released. Yayyy me!  Have enough to redeem again so hopefully this will transition better. Thanks CashWalk!
