What country are you from? In the USA I don't think we ever had any rewards like that. Also they expire after 6months - 1 year I can't remember how long

Además, las recompensas ya no son tan geniales como antes. Antes había recompensas de vuelos, etc. Ahora es bastante aburrido. Tenía más de 10 000 puntos y los estaba acumulando para conseguir coches de regalo para los vuelos, ¡pero desaparecieron como por arte de magia!

I've had the app for a year and have redeemed 31 times. Only once I had to wait. Took 7 days. That was on my 28th redemption. My last one gave me the SMS error but worked the next day. I need about 500 coins to redeem again. Waiting on the Mingle challenge payout that was supposed to happen today. 🤞🤞

You know, a lot of people have been having redemption issues of late. Can one of the causes is that they have a high number of coins they're trying to redeem somewhat at once? I mean I know you can only do 1 a day but if you're trying to do one every day for 2 weeks, it really shouldn't but, that it might be causing an issue?
