Mi cuenta fue suspendida después de una actualización. Hace dos meses que no recibo ayuda del soporte técnico después de enviarles un correo electrónico. No he podido canjear mis recompensas.

    I'm sorry that happened. I've noticed there have been quite a few accounts suspended lately. Did you happen to have a prior account? What country are you from and Apple or Android?

      This is the only account and I'm in the US

      Are you a new user? I'm just wondering if maybe it's because your phone number was an old users phone number

      I'm not a new user I had this account since 2023 has the same number however I did recently switched wireless providers

      I don't know what the cause could be. I am sorry it happened. Cashwalk used to be such a good app but it's definitely going down hill and of course customer support rarely responds. 

I know if you post a negative review to Google play that used to help I'm not sure if it's help in your case though
