Siempre uso las escaleras si no tengo que cargar con la bici, y como vivo en un cuarto piso, me ayuda mucho a moverme más. Soy casi tan rápido como la escalera mecánica y con el tiempo me he acostumbrado por completo. ¡Hazlo un hábito!

I live in a 4th floor too and I try not to use the elevator. And, yes, it's a lot faster (and helthier)
