Buscando ideas únicas

Una lesión de espalda importante me limita en cuanto a la cantidad y el tipo de ejercicio que puedo realizar con facilidad y seguridad sin sufrir dolor intenso. Actualmente, caminar es mi principal forma de ejercicio. Busco maneras diferentes y originales de incorporar más caminatas a mi rutina diaria. ¡Agradezco cualquier idea! Si tienen otros consejos, ideas o sugerencias que no impliquen caminar, también me gustaría escucharlos. Gracias de antemano.

    I also had problems with my back. Instead of surgery I started to swim with some exercise to strength back muscles. I am now free of backpack for many many years...

      I do swim in the summertime. Living in Ohio limits that in the winter as well as most of spring and fall. I need to look into getting a pass at the YMCA to use the indoor pool and other facilities when the weather is cruddy. But, yes, swimming is a wonderful 0 impact option for exercise!!!
