Abs can be pretty tough for beginners, personally I have very little stamina, so it's always hard to do a full workout routine. It's better to start slow and there's nothing wrong with it! I use this app which gives you very few exercises to do everyday for 4 weeks, each week a little harder. You will build your abs slowly, but it's perfect if you've never done it before.
