This is my best ever workout routine that gave me so much trouble initially, but now I see myself losing belly fat and it has all been worth it
Crunches can be very hard to do in the first few times, but keep On doing them.
Don't do on a full stomach, don't keep it empty either. Some water is best.
Best done with some support underneath.
Do in sets of three or fours.
