K so 1st let's just say I have no booty. I think an Amazon box has more curve then I do. I'm 54 and when I was 17 I had a booty and bigger legs so I am very old school. My favorite exercise for my hamstring and a Lil boots action was the leg curl which u see my old butt doing in photo however after all these years I realize it was the squats and dreaded lunges that activated the growth the most.
Squat 3 x 10 ( there are many variations ) change it up when u r bored
Lunges 3 x 10 each side I use to jus walk around rocky style with a barbell on my shoulder as reg lunges were so boring
Then my beloved leg curl 3 x 10
I did other leg exercises that day and finished out legs but this is all about that bass
