A veces, cuando no tengo nada que hacer, simplemente bajo a mi perro y salgo a explorar el barrio. Así, yo hago ejercicio y él no se queda en casa aburrido sin hacer nada.

(M14C35) That's what I do, too. I don't have time to set aside just for walking or working out. I always try to optimize the time I have. When I walk, my dogs walk with me, and I listen to the news, music, or audiobooks while walking. By the way, cute pup. Just look at that face.
