I'm retired, so my time is my own. I don't know how people with kids do it, but more power to you!

Not everyone is a morning person. That's when I like to write also.

For me it depends on the time of year it is. We have all 4 seasons.

I do too, but run in any weather/temp. The only thing I won't mess with is lightning or ice. Heat, cold, rain, snow don't bother me.

I workout in the morning but not too early. I'm retired too and I refuse to wake up early if I don't have to!

I've always done my workout the second I get out of bed in the morning.  And I really mean the second I sit up.  I read years ago you burn the most fat that way.  I dint know if this is true but ib lost over 100lbs over 20 years ago and I've kept it off. Plus it wake me up and give me energy for the day.

I would love to get a workout in right away in the morning, but my 3 year old has other plans for me. 😂

I much prefer the afternoon or evening, I am too groggy and food-deprived in the mornings usually lol.

When I run, I generally do fairly early in the morning, or in the evening. I also have a small routine that I do most evenings (pushups, plank, etc..).

However, I try to do little things throughout the day like standing while I work, keeping my abs and glutes tight while I walk, squeezing some muscles for a few seconds at a time. I like to think of it as working out without working out.
