We recently got a vibration plate and so far I'm loving it! Ours came with resistance bands and arm bands, and a remote control. At first the vibration feels odd but now I love it. It feels like a double work out. I do believe it has helped with circulation and I think it speeds up muscle recovery! We've only had it about a month so I'm hoping to see even more benefits as I continue to use it!
