This is the danish traditional food "open sandwich" I had in Copenhagen. The sandwich consists of a base of rugbrød (rye bread), shrimps and eggs to create the perfect balanced bite. This is a high protein sandwich. Perfectly to the people who are on diet. And it really tastes good!
