Low calorie fast food!!!! McDonald's!?!?!?

McChicken I love the mc chicken, it's the only this I'll eat there. I have five kids so they do enjoy McDonald's; however, the older I get the less I can stomach the food. 

This delicious little burger is a white meat chicken patty, iceberg lettuce, and mayonnaise.

At only 369 calories each, two will fill you up and keep you going. It's not chicken mush like they used to be.  

Definitely if you have to go to McDonald's this is one of the better options.
