That looks delicious! I love coconut. I remember when I was little my dad would buy whole ones and bring them home and use a hammer to open them. I loved the sweet milk inside of the coconut. It was a special treat.
Coconut and white chocolate dessert. Quite some calories, but definitely worth it!
