My go to low calorie foods for when we eat out. 
- Subways black first ham  6" sub. You can load up on low calorie veggies with this one. Only 300 calories
 
- Burger kings whopper junior is a great burger to eat when you need that fix! It's only 323 calories 
 
- McDonald's spicy buffalo chicken snack wrap is a good choice when you are wanting a little something spicy. There are 240 calories in this choice. 
 
- Pita pita turkey pita loaded up with veggies is very filling for just under 200 calories. A good way to get your veggies in.
