I love making smoothies in the morning. If it's a weekend than we usually have waffles or pancakes with eggs.
I usually walk and run fasted, so don't eat until after my early morning workout. If my boyfriend isn't here or eats something light, I'll fix a smoothie with fruit, veggies, and protein powder.
If we eat together, we usually go all out with bacon, sausage, and eggs, and he'll have toast, biscuit, or grits (I don't eat the grains).
