Tartare is a very popular dish made with raw meat or fish.
It is chopped very finely or in small cubes to accompany it with some citrus (usually lime or lemon) and spices and sauces to taste.
I love it and I prepare with tomatoes, onions and avocado.
Very important to use lime juice on top of it

91. I've never had tuna tartare but i tried salmon tartare recently and it was delicious!
