Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, sliced thin
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 cup broccoli florets
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
 - Cooked rice, for serving
 
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
 - Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce and honey.
 - Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
 - Serve over cooked rice.
