Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
 - Fresh basil leaves
 - Balsamic glaze
 
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
 - Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
 - Arrange cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a plate. Slice grilled chicken and place on top.
 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
