Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chicken broth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over chicken, and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
