- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado, lime wedges
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
