Best vegan ice cream I'd ever tried....

Growing up I have always loved Dole Whip ice cream. My favorite flavor was pineapple/ strawberry twist. And the only time I can get it, is at the annual fair. I don't think they sold anywhere else in my city.  On my last trip to vegas, I went to the Bellagio buffet and they had it there!!! I was so excited and the taste was very similar to Dole Whip's. That's when I decided to make my own. I found a recipe online and looking at the ingredients, it's vegan! It's super easy to make...just 2 cups of frozen pineapple, pinch of salt, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons sweetner of your choice and 1/4 cup milk of your choice (plant- based to keep it vegan). Blend everything together and voila!
