I would recommend Tofutti Ice Cream. However, while I have not had it on its own, I once worked for a restaurant that used Tofutti to make vegan milkshakes. These milkshakes, mixed with Rice Milk, were delicious and creamy. It was great to mix different fruits and syrups to make interesting flavors. For example, I used to love having a banana/blueberry milkshakes.
