I usually have toasties with corned beef and eggs. And sometimes having them with butter is great as well.
New flavour for me to taste today- cheese, corned beef and red onion chutney. I was quite surprised it tasted nice. Although the chutney was a bit strong. What flavour toasties do you like?

I've never heard them called toasties. I just called them grilled cheese sandwiches. I do love a good jalapeño popper grilled cheese. Have you ever tried making one with mayonnaise on the outside instead of butter?
