Yesterday I asked about people's thoughts on cottage cheese, and it seems here too there are several who don't fancy it much!
Personally I like it both plainl and as ingredient, so I wanted to share a recipe that I feel even cottage cheese antis may like - cottage cheese cheesecake!
Just one egg, a couple teaspoons of cornstarch, half a tub of cottage cheese (~150g) and a spoonful of quark (other thick yogurts and the like work too, but I like quark the most), process it until smooth - it gives you two small cakes. If you are lazy like me, 3 sets of 1 min + two of 30s in the microwave will do lol. You do have to let it cool though :')
Topped with some blueberries is my favourite~.
Have you guys ever tried making your own "lazy" cheesecake like this too~?

I dont like it very much but i add it to a baked egg omlette sometimes cause its healthy and high in protein

yes, it was cottage cheese by brand Milbona! With Exquisa brand it works too but I like Milbona's more
