(103) It's very interesting to learn about dishes people from different countries cook.
Io ho sempre mangiato questo piatto, e solo oggi cercando in immagine su internet ho scoperto che non è un piatto prettamente sardo, ma in diverse regioni si cucina ovviamente con differenze sulla ricetta.
La mia preferita è ovviamente in rosso usando carne di razza, con un sugo bello piccante e una nota di limone. Un secondo buonissimo, ma anche in piccole quantità come antipasto è saporito mingle 16
