maybe coz it is brown rice noodle, is not as smooth as regular noodles
It made me to buy this product because it says brown rice noodle. It wasn't that good taste. Maybe I am not good at making it properly.
I boiled till it gets tender and washed with cold water. The noodle tasted not that good.

I haven't tried maifun noodles so I can't tell. But cuz it's brown rice noodles so texture might be different from regular one.

Brown rice need to cooked for longer because high in fiber and it seems like soba which also high in fiber and need to cool after boiling.
