M6 easy banana cake

Mash the banana and put it into a large bowl with one egg, condensed milk, sugar and vegetable oil. Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder,  and mix well with the mixed banana paste. Pour the batter into a non-stick mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes on the middle layer.

    Choose unflavoured vegetable oil such as corn oil and sunflower oil.

    Avoid peanut or olive oil.

    No need tobl soften butter or whip the eggs.

    No need to stir excessively when adding flour, just stir evenly without any particles.

    You can replace the non gluten flour by coconut flour or soya flour.
