M8 Kung Pao chicken

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, mixed with cooking wine, black pepper, salt and corn flour then marinate for ten minutes. Put soy sauce,  vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, corn flour and half bowl of water for later sauce. Heat the oil and stir fry chicken breast till color change. Heat the oil again adding spring onion, garlic and chilli inside and pour the carrot, chicken breast and cucumber together. Add sauce and peanut after 5 minutes.

    The cucumber could be add after the carrot become soft.

    If you prefer sore you can add two spoon of vinegar into the sauce and add less sugar.
