M9 Okra egg rolls

Add 45g of water, 15g of soy sauce and a pinch of salt to the three egg mixture and beat well.

Heat the oil and pour the mixture and fry until the egg skin is formed, put in the cooked okra, roll up the edges, pour in the egg mixture again and repeat.

Finally rolled to shape.

    The okra need to remove the stems and boiling it for 3 minutes at first.

    After boiling the okra, strain out and soak into ice water and set aside.

    You can also add some sugar except soy sauce if you prefer sweet.

      The basic is the Japanese egg rolls, I just add okra inside to make it a little bit different taste.
