M11 low cab taco

Add 49g diced tomato, 30 g diced onion, 10 g chopped coriander,  1/5 tsp salt, 1/4 top black pepper and 1 top lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice and mix well.

Cook 1 chicken breast in cold water over medium heat for 15 minutes, remove and tear into small stripes.

Cut 1 avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ in a half, peel and core and mush with the sauce.

Tear the iceberg lettuce into about half palm size, spoon 1 tbsp avocado puree and a handful of shredded chicken.

    Chicken breast cook in cold water not boiling water to make it soft.

    Is best to make the avocado mixture after the chicken breast is done to avoid oxidise.
