M13 chestnut pork ribs

Wash 2kg ribs with 3 tbsp flour and put into a pot, add water, 4 slices of ginger and 2 tbsp cooking wine voilvover high heat then turn to medium heat for 30 minutes.

Pour 2 tbsp cooking oil into a hot pan, add 4 slices ginger, 50g brown sugar melted to caramel colour. 

Pour the ribs and spices* to stir fry 1 minute and put 200g chestnut and hot water that exceed the ribs, turn to medium heat for 40 minutes. 

Sprinkle with half spoon of sesame seeds and serve.

    Cut a small opening in the chestnut shell and then boiled in the water could be easier.
