M14 pineapple fry tenderloin ๐Ÿ

Pineapple,  green and red pepper cut in pieces, tenderloin cut strips.

Marinate the tenderloin with egg white, salt, 1 tbsp cooking wine and ginger juice for 15 minutes. Then rolled on the starch and deep fry, drain and cool down.

Heat a separate pan and stir fry the green and red pepper until soft and add the stripes, pineapple,  sugar and 1 tbsp soy sauce till the meat is cooked.

    Pineapple could be cut in half or you can choose the tinned pineapple.

    Tenderloin can pat tender with the back of the knife.

    You can also replace with meatballs then you not need to marinate.

    Mix a small bowl of water starch into pan could make the sauce thicken.

      Better yo use the fresh but you also can try the frozen one but could be soft.
