M15 Air Fry pork belly

250g pork belly cut into 2-3mm thin slices.

Add 1 pinch of sliced green onion, 1 pinch of shredded ginger, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds, 1/4 tbsp of five-spice powder, 1/5 tsp of white pepper, 1/5 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of sugar and mix well.

Place the meat into the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes, turning once halfway through.
