What is your favorite Italian dish? There's so many to choose from! For me though, hands down, it's spaghetti! ๐ I love it very much!

Right now, it's lasagna. I think it might also be rigatoni with sausage. I used to be indifferent to Italian cuisine. That changed when I stopped using recipesย based on simplicity and sought out recipes that focused on flavor.ย The recipes take longer and the ingredients are more costly but the results are worth it.ย
