Continuing my food journal from my travels is this lovely spaghetti dish from paleokatritsa Corfu. It came with tomao, aubergine, mushroom and cheese and was so gorgeous. The restaurant owned a few cats so as we were eating we were enjoying the company of a few local felines. Lovely night.
