This is a gorgeous dish from Taormina mare in Sicily. It's pasta, cheese and a homemade sauce covered in pistachios. It was the first dish I had out there.

When we were in Italy, my wife was obsessed with pistachios. I don't think we came across this dish though. I suppose that we'll have to go back now. 😄
